    Do it yourself Peppermint Birthday Cake

    It's my birthday today & husband Mark & step-son Daniel bought me a cake, apparently they were after a peppermint chocolate cake and couldn't get one, so they presented me with this chocolate cake along with a peppermint candy bar to crush & sprinkle over the top. It's a "do it yourself peppermint birthday cake".

    They did bake me a cake a couple of years ago and weren't happy because they thought it looked ugly, I thought it was the most beautiful cake in the world because they baked it!

    Going now to eat cake :)
