    Win!!! Cake Push Pop Containers

    six cake push pop containers

Cake push pops are all the rage, have you been thinking about giving push pops ago? I have six sample packs of six cake push pop containers to win. That's right... 6 people will win a pack each!

The containers are easy to assemble, slip in the base, slide in the plunger... fill with your cake/dessert of choice, top with a lid if desired. To eat push the plunger upwards. They are washable, reusable or disposable... your choice. Wide enough to hold mini cupcakes.... your thinking of ideas now aren't you?

What can you make in them? Layered cakes, jellies, ice-cream (oh, that's sounding very "Alice" isn't it?), from retro to your most sophisticated concoction. Layered brownie cheesecake perhaps? Or what about an English trifle or is green tea cake and Yuzu juice jelly more your cake of choice. Don't forget pops can be  frozen, ice-cream, ices or semifreddo's, the possibilities are endless.

Open to all countries (ok, do know you customs laws... will these get through??) all you have to do is leave a comment here or on facebook explaining in 25 words of less "your idea" for pops... could be for the cake part or perhaps an event idea. Hubby Mark and Step son Dan will choose two winners each and I'll choose two winners.

I'll be posting my own cake push pops next week, plus making your own stands and where to buy pre-made stands. Competition will be drawn the last weekend of October.

Good luck, have fun and Happy Baking :)

I think I'd like to try making Chocolate Trifle Push Pops ... start with chocolate cake, then a layer of creamy frosting then a layer of chocolate ganache sprinkled with crushed Heath toffee bars and then repeat. Eating you way through the layers of textures and flavors sound great to me!! You can do the same with yellow cake, frosting and berries and crushed vanilla wafers for a whole different taste and look. That's my idea of some delicious Push Pops!!

If it were Spring /Summer I think I'd make a vegan layered berry panna cotta and citrus cake...then infuse some homemade lemon curd for good measure.
However, it is Fall/Winter and right now it is all about pumpkins, candy and so on. I would definitely make a vegan pumpkin cheesecake with homemade graham cracker crust and a drizzle of fudge chocolate --make them oh so decadent and over the top!

I am dying to get my hands on some of these push pops. They don't carry them yet in France. I'd like to do something really eye catching with them like a layered rainbow cake or gradients of 1 color. Pick me please please!!!! :)

I am rehearsing a production of Carmen at the moment

    so my idea would be:

Spanish Passion Cupcake Pop - layers of saffron-scented sponge, a dulce-de-leche buttercream, shards of dark chocolate with dried raspberries

I am going to make a Wicked-themed cake pop for my daughter's birthday, using green velvet cake, cream cheese Swiss buttercream and dragees. She is thrilled!

Ok, so I just discovered these, and I'm totally doing these for my wedding in June 2012 in place of a cake. I thought they were so cute, I switched from cake pops and think I'm going to stick labels on them, and they'll double as wedding favors!

I just opened a cupcake and candy shoppe and I am new to this business and these push pops are not at all in our area and I think it would be awesome to start the trend here! These look really fun and AWESOME!

My idea is to use brownie, ice cream, cherries, hot fudge, alternate layers and freeze.

I plan on making these for my son's 2nd birthday party this weekend. I'm keeping the flavors simple since it's for little kids: chocolate mini cupcake/white chocolate pudding/vanilla mini cupcake/fudge pudding. I'm going to top them with red, green or blue crystal sprinkles (my son's party theme is Thomas & Friends). I used mailing labels for thank you tags to stick up the side of the pop & I'm going to display them on an underbed storage bin (I drilled holes in the cover) to accommodate 50 pops. I'll post a pic after the party.

I would start with a layer of dark moist chocolate cake and add a layer of cherry jam, another layer of dark chocolate cake, some cherry coulis, fresh cherries with white chocolate pastry cream , topped with shaved dark chocolate and a glazed cherry on top.

I would like to make a lemon meringue cake pop. I would use a mini lemon cupcake, a layer of lemon curd, another lemon mini cup cake and more lemon curd and topped off with a dollop of meringue ever so lightly toasted, and of course a slice of lemon for garnish!
